Both pages selling Lungora state a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. As a policy that is reasonable, and we have no criticism of the wording itself.

The difficulty is the pricing structure pushed alongside it. The most heavily promoted bundle is six bottles — a 180-day supply — sold on the basis that customers should stock up. Four of those six months sit outside any 60-day refund window. If the product does not suit you, most of what you paid for cannot be returned.

How to request a refund
